What You’ll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes

• Follow physician-ordered care plans

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor patient conditions and document changes

• Communicate effectively with families and the interdisciplinary team

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Home health experience preferred but not required. Paid training.
