Dependable Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team serving the Anthem, New River, and North Phoenix communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and report changes to the healthcare team

• Educate patients and family members on disease management and care needs

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations

• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

• Home health experience preferred but not required
