Dependable Nursing Inc. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing Home Health team serving the East Valley and greater Phoenix area.
Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, this position offers flexibility while giving you the opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one care in patients' homes.
Your primary territory will be east of I-17. Therapists seeking a full-time caseload should be comfortable occasionally traveling into the West Valley or other areas of greater Phoenix when additional visits are needed to maintain a full schedule.

What You'll Do
Evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs in their home environment
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living
Provide therapeutic interventions focused on safety, mobility, function, and quality of life
Educate patients, caregivers, and families on techniques for continued success at home
Collaborate with nurses, PTs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical team members
What You'll Bring
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Home health experience preferred
Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the clinical team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Willingness to travel throughout the greater Phoenix area as needed to maintain a full-time caseload
