Full-Time Hours in a 3-Day Schedule

Dependable Nursing, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team serving patients throughout the Tucson area.

This is a unique opportunity for an LPN looking for a consistent schedule with 12-hour routes three days per week—Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

You'll provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while enjoying the independence of field nursing and the support of an experienced clinical team.

Your Schedule

• Thursday, Friday & Saturday

• 12-hour routes

• Consistent three-day schedule

• Field-based throughout the Tucson area

What You'll Do

• Complete scheduled skilled nursing visits throughout your assigned route

• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and established plans of care

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the RN, physician, or appropriate clinical team member

• Reinforce patient and caregiver education regarding medications, disease management, safety, and home care

• Communicate and collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Help patients remain safe and independent in their homes

What We're Looking For

• Current Arizona LPN license in good standing

• Home Health experience preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities

• Comfortable managing a scheduled route of patient visits

• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance

• Comfortable traveling throughout the Tucson service area
