Dependable Nursing is seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Home Health team serving patients throughout East Phoenix, Apache Junction, and Queen Creek.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for an RN with Home Health experience who enjoys working independently, building meaningful patient relationships, and providing exceptional care in the comfort of patients' homes.

What You'll Do

• Perform skilled nursing visits throughout the assigned East Phoenix territory

• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care

• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team

• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, safety, and home care

• Coordinate care with therapists and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Current Arizona RN license in good standing

• Home Health nursing experience REQUIRED

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently in a field-based setting

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Ability to travel throughout East Phoenix, Apache Junction, and Queen Creek
