Dependable Nursing is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing Home Health team serving the East Phoenix and East Valley areas.

What You'll Do
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations in patients' homes
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on independence and daily living skills
Help patients improve mobility, coordination, strength, and functional abilities
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home safety, and equipment
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
What We're Looking For
Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license
Previous Home Health experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
