Dependable Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Hospice Aide (LHA) to join our growing Phoenix Hospice team.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate personal care to hospice patients in their homes

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities

• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence

• Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the hospice nurse

• Provide emotional support to patients and families

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team

• Complete accurate and timely visit documentation

What We're Looking For

• Current Arizona LHA credentials, qualifying CNA certification or the completion of the LHA course

• Hospice or Home Health experience preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working independently

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
