Dependable Health Services is seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Home Health team throughout the Greater Phoenix area.

We have part-time opportunities available across the Valley! Whether you're located in North Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, or surrounding communities, we'd love to hear from you.

Previous Home Health

Proficient in OASIS documentation & previous Home Health is REQUIRED. Candidates experienced with WellSky/Kinnser are  strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

• Complete comprehensive assessments and OASIS documentation

• Develop and update individualized patient care plans

• Perform wound care, medication management, and patient education

• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

• Promote patient independence, safety, and positive outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Arizona RN license

• Previous Home Health nursing experience REQUIRED

• OASIS proficiency strongly REQUIRED

• WellSky/Kinnser experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Excellent time-management and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
