Position Summary:

We are seeking caring and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! In this role, you will provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric or adult clients in a home setting. Positions are available for full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules to fit your lifestyle and career goals.

Responsibilities:

      Deliver individualized, compassionate nursing care to clients at home

1. Follow physician-ordered care plans

2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

5. Maintain compliance with all nursing standards and regulations
