• Licensing: Active nursing  license in Arizona or a Compact State.
• Certifications: Valid Driver’s License and BLS Certification (must be an in-person course).
• Health Compliance: Current TB Test/Chest X-Ray, Level One Fingerprint Clearance, and Article 9 Training (we will train if you need).
