Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work shifts in our DDD patients’ homes. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care during the day, with a focus on safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and treatment to patients according to their care plans.

Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition or concerns.

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the attending physician.

Document all nursing interventions and patient observations accurately in the medical records.

Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and their families.

Ensure a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff.

Provide emotional support and comfort to patients during nighttime hours.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid state licensure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
