What You’ll Do

Design and Deliver Customized Therapy

• Evaluate mobility and functional limitations

• Create and implement evidence-based care plans

• Adjust therapy based on patient progress and goals

Educate and Empower

• Teach patients and caregivers how to maintain mobility and wellness

• Foster independence, confidence, and sustainable recovery

Collaborate for Complete Care

• Coordinate closely with nurses, physicians, OTs, and caregivers

• Keep documentation accurate and communication consistent

What You Bring

• Active Arizona PT license

• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads with strong clinicals welcome)

• Reliable transportation, AZ driver’s license, and insurance

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management skills

• Compassion and dedication to patient-centered care
