About the Role

As an RN or LPN with us, you’ll be an essential part of a collaborative team that puts patients first. From delivering care plans and administering treatments to offering guidance and support, your skills and compassion will make a real impact on those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and wellness practices

• Document care and progress accurately in electronic health records

• Advocate for patient needs and ensure individualized care

• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

• RN: BSN or ADN from an accredited program

• LPN: Diploma in Practical Nursing from an accredited program

• Licensure: Active Arizona RN or LPN license

• Certifications: CPR and First Aid required

• Other Requirements: Up-to-date TB test, fingerprint clearance, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation

• Preferred: Previous nursing experience (not required)
