### **Job Summary:**As an RN/LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive team environment. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer treatments, and engage with patients to educate them about their health. Your expertise and compassionate approach will be invaluable in promoting wellness and recovery.

### **Key Responsibilities:**- **Patient Care:** Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and medications, in accordance with established protocols and standards.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, social workers, and support staff, to coordinate patient care.- **Education:** Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care to empower them in managing their health.- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, assessments, and interventions in electronic health records.- **Advocacy:** Serve as a patient advocate to ensure their rights and preferences are respected and met.- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and professional development activities.

### **Qualifications:**- **Education:**- For RN: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.- For LPN: Diploma in Practical Nursing from an accredited program.- **Licensure:** Current, valid nursing license in Arizona  (RN or LPN).- **Experience:** Previous experience is preferred but not required.- **Skills:** Excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, empathy, and a passion for patient care.- **Certifications:** CPR, 1st Aid certification required; Also need to be current on TB, Finger Print and have Drivers License as well as reliable transportation.
