Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Case Manager position. This role includes overseeing patient care while providing either home health visits or shift coverage, based on patient needs.

This position is RN only.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes

• Perform home health visits and/or shift coverage

• Manage and oversee patient care plans as a Case Manager

• Follow physician-prescribed care plans

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor, document, and report patient progress

• Communicate effectively with families, providers, and care teams

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements
