Position Overview

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide overnight in-home care for pediatric patients in the Greater Phoenix area. This role is ideal for nurses who have a heart for children and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care in a home setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes

• Follow individualized care plans in collaboration with families, support coordinators, and healthcare providers

• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Educate families on managing their child’s medical needs

• Adhere to Arizona state regulations and DNI clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active Arizona LPN or RN license

• Current CPR certification

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required; comprehensive paid training is provided

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

• Compassionate, family-centered approach to patient care
